NEW YORK, NY, November 30, 2023 –– Frenalytics, the patented personalized learning and data collection software for people with cognitive disabilities, attended EdTech Week 2023 in early October, an innovative four-day conference that unites thought leaders, investors, entrepreneurs, and educators.
Earlier this fall, StartEd kicked off October with its four day conference, EdTech Week 2023, in the heart of New York City. This self-described innovation festival sought to unite innovators and educators looking to tackle the most pressing challenges confronting education and workforce sectors.
With shark tanks, think tanks, and masterclasses across various locations in New York City, EdTech Week offered opportunities to collaborate with and learn from educators, investors, and innovators at the cutting edge of education.
Amongst the innovators were Matt Giovanniello, CEO and co-founder of Frenalytics; Caitlyn Hutchinson, Lead Product Designer; and Ivelisse Mandato, Software Development Intern. The team attended to represent FrenalyticsEDU – our patented personalized learning and data collection software for students with unique learning needs, which is currently available in several states including New York and Texas.
Our group of innovators sat in on the big topic conversations happening in education currently. Some of our team’s favorite areas of discussion were the future of AI in education and how to implement it successfully in EdTech, utilizing personalization and data to catalyze student success, and creating a more equitable education system.
In addition to learning and collaborating with educators and other EdTech founders, our team was really excited about the opportunity to share Frenalytics with a greater audience!
To kick-off our time at EdTech Week, Frenalytics was invited to participate in a “Shark Tank” competition, along with half a dozen peer startups. Matt Giovanniello engaged a panel of investors with FrenalyticsEDU’s patented progress monitoring, data collection, and innovative rating system to support educators in the K-12 industry.
After an exciting and engaging week, FrenalyticsEDU, the award-winning IEP data collection and personalized learning platform for special education, was announced as a finalist in the K-12 Newcomer category of the coveted Supes’ Choice Awards. We would like to offer our congratulations to all finalists across the multitude of categories of the award.
The annual Supes’ Choice Awards, held by the Institute for Education Innovation (IEI), honor the most innovative education products and solutions, and are the only education industry awards judged exclusively by school district superintendents.
Our Frenalytics team is excited to utilize the vast knowledge we’ve gained at EdTech Week moving forward and is looking forward to the 2023 Supes’ Choice Awards Gala taking place on Friday, December 8 in New York City, where winners of this year’s Supes’ Choice Awards will be announced.
