How do I provide an answer to a question?

The Questionnaire tab of the Patient Profile allows you to enter information about a patient that Frenalytics later shows a patient in Therapy Sessions. This unique approach to rehabilitation introduces concepts to patients in a more engaging way by showing information they can relate to. The more information family members provide in the Questionnaire tab, the better the experience for a patient!

To get to the Questionnaire tab

If you are a clinician:

  1. From the Dashboard, click the “Patients” menu option at the top of the page.
  2. Click the pencil icon next to the patient you’d like to enter information for.
  3. Click on the “Questionnaire” tab.

If you are a family member:

  1. From the Dashboard, click the “Patient Profile” menu option at the top of the page.
  2. Click on the “Questionnaire” tab.

Type an answer to a question

In the text box underneath each question title, you can type a text answer. We recommend keeping answers concise. For example, to answer the above question of “What is Joseph’s favorite hobby?”, you may want to say something like “Traveling”.

Upload a photo to a question

Each question on the Questionnaire tab allows you to upload a media item – a photo, video, or audio file. The item you choose will display directly below the answer choice when running a Therapy Session.

Here’s how to upload a photo:

  1. Click the “Browse…” (or equivalent) button in the Media section for a question.
  2. Select the photo you’d like from your device.
    1. Since Frenalytics runs in the cloud, you can access it from any device. The easiest way to upload a photo is from your smartphone, and tapping “Browse” from your phone allows you to take a new photo, select an existing one, or tap into other options like Dropbox (if configured).
  3. Use the cropping tool to zoom in/out and select the area of the photo you’d like to save. Click “Save changes” when you’re done.

Upon saving your photo, your answer for a question will look something like this:

After you click the “Save Answers” button at the bottom of the page, the image file’s name will be replaced by a thumbnail of the photo you uploaded.

Upload a video to a question

Here’s how to upload a video:

  1. Click the “Browse…” (or equivalent) button in the Media section for a question
  2. Select the video you’d like from your device.
    1. Since Frenalytics runs in the cloud, you can access it from any device. The easiest way to upload a video is from your smartphone, and tapping “Browse” from your phone allows you to take a new video, select an existing one, or tap into other options like Dropbox (if configured).

After you click the “Save Answers” button at the bottom of the page, the video file’s name will be replaced by a preview of the video you uploaded.

Upload audio to a question

Here’s how to upload an audio file:

  1. Click the “Browse…” (or equivalent) button in the Media section for a question
  2. Select the audio file you’d like from your device.
    1. Although Frenalytics runs in the cloud and you can access it from any device, most devices prohibit you from uploading a song in your phone’s “library” directly. You may wish to use your computer to upload an audio file.

After you click the “Save Answers” button at the bottom of the page, the audio file’s name will be replaced by a preview of the audio file you uploaded.

Save answers

When you’re done answering questions in a section, click the “Save Answers” button towards the bottom of the page.

Note that you should save answers for one section before you switch to another section.

Switch sections

The left side of the Questionnaire tab displays a list of built-in sections. Some options include Favorites, House, and Identification.

A note on copyright laws: Only upload content that you legally own. If you are uploading files found online (for example, a picture of Venice), be sure you have the right to use this content before uploading it to Frenalytics.
