While you can answer as many or as few questions as you’d like in the Questionnaire tab of the Patient Profile, some questions may make more sense to answer than others, and it differs from patient to patient.

Through data we’ve collected so far, here are some possible suggestions:

  • Stroke patients: Depending on the severity of your loved one’s stroke, you may find them struggling to remember past events, things they used to enjoy doing, and familial connections. If this is the case, we’d recommend answering questions in the Favorites, Home, and Identification sections.
  • Dementia patients: Depending on how severe your loved one’s memory loss is, you may find them struggling to answer questions with a straightforward, single answer. If this is the case, we’d recommend answering questions in the Home, Identification, and Biography sections.

Note that the above is not an exhaustive list, and you may find that your loved one responds to different types of questions in different ways. Feel free to reach out with any feedback you have!
