The Questionnaire tab of the Student Profile allows you to enter information about a student that Frenalytics later shows in Learning Sessions. This unique approach introduces concepts to students in a more engaging way by showing information they can relate to. The more information family members and teachers provide in the Questionnaire tab, the better the experience for a student!

Go to the Questionnaire module

As a teacher:

1. From the dashboard, click the “Students” menu option at the top of the page
2. Click the pencil button next to the student you would like to enter information for
3. Click on the “Questionnaire” tab

As a family member:

1. From the dashboard, click the “Student Profile” menu option at the top of the page
2. Click on the “Questionnaire” tab

Type an answer to a question

In the text box underneath each question title, you can type a text answer. We recommend keeping answers concise. For example, to answer the above question of “What is your favorite hobby?”, you may want to say something like “Playing Football”.

Each question on the Questionnaire tab allows you to upload a media item – a photo, video, or audio file. The item you choose will display directly below the answer choice when running a Therapy Session.

Upload a photo to a question

1. Click the “Browse…” (or equivalent) button in the Media section for a question
2. Select the photo you’d like from your device
   1. Since Frenalytics runs in the cloud, you can access it from any device. The easiest way to upload a photo is from your smartphone, and tapping “Browse” from your phone allows you to take a new photo, select an existing one, or tap into other options like Dropbox (if configured).
3. Use the cropping tool to zoom in/out and select the area of the photo you’d like to save. Click “Save” when you’re done
   

Upload a video to a question

1. Click the “Browse…” (or equivalent) button in the Media section for a question
2. Select the video you’d like from your device
   1. Since Frenalytics runs in the cloud, you can access it from any device. The easiest way to upload a video is from your smartphone, and tapping “Browse” from your phone allows you to take a new video, select an existing one, or tap into other options like Dropbox (if configured).

Upload audio to a question

1. Click the “Browse…” (or equivalent) button in the Media section for a question
2. Select the audio file you’d like from your device.
   1. Although Frenalytics runs in the cloud and you can access it from any device, most devices prohibit you from uploading a song in your phone’s “library” directly. You may wish to use your computer to upload an audio file.

Switch sections

The left side of the Questionnaire tab displays a list of built-in sections. Some options include Favorites, House, and Identification.

A note on copyright laws: Only upload content that you legally own. If you are uploading files found online (for example, a picture of Venice), be sure you have the right to use this content before uploading it to Frenalytics.
