NEW YORK, NY, February 26, 2025 –– Frenalytics, the patented personalized learning and data collection software for students with unique learning needs, has partnered with the Montgomery Educational Service Center (MCESC) and the Western Ohio Service Collaborative to offer a comprehensive, ongoing professional development (PD) series on Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) for educators and education leaders.
As part of a multi-faceted partnership in support of Montgomery County Educational Service Center (MCESC) and its member districts and neighboring ESCs, throughout the 2024-25 school year, the Frenalytics team is hosting a comprehensive, ongoing professional development (PD) series on Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) for educators and education leaders.
Across six engaging sessions between January 2025 and May 2025, the FrenalyticsEDU team will be hosting training sessions for registered attendees around:

- Defining MTSS: The What and the Why – This first installment of professional development for the newly-appointed MTSS Leader Cohort will elevate their understanding and implementation of the Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS).
- Data-Driven Decision Making within MTSS: Academics – This two-part PD workshop spotlights academics within data-driven decision making and is designed to inspire and equip educators with the skills to transform their instructional practices.
- Data-Driven Decision Making within MTSS: Social/Emotional/Behavioral – The second of a two-part PD workshop on data-driven decision making, this session will help attendees elevate their instructional practices by leveraging data to support students’ social, emotional, and behavioral development.
- The Framework: Schedules, Communication, Year-Long Plans – This post-break session starts the second half of the spring semester strong with a focus around designing and implementing highly effective frameworks for MTSS integration.
- FrenalyticsEDU 101 – This tech-infused PD session is designed to inspire educator leaders to harness the power of the FrenalyticsEDU platform for progress monitoring, finding and assigning relevant assessment resources, bolstering communication, and increasing compliance.
- Planning for a Successful MTSS Launch – The final PD of the year for the MTSS Leader Cohort, this PD session will help attendees strategically plan and launch impactful MTSS initiatives for the upcoming school year.
Team Frenalytics is comprised of licensed educators that run professional development sessions at numerous partner schools & districts for their staff.

For MCESC, these sessions, a mixture of in-person and virtual, are available to registered attendees in schools served by Darke County ESC, Greene County ESC, Miami County ESC, Montgomery County ESC, and Preble County ESC. General education teachers, special education teachers, intervention specialists (including gifted intervention specialists), special education leaders, curriculum leaders, instructional coaches, assistant principals, and principals are welcome to register.
The ongoing PD series offers aspiring MTSS leaders cutting-edge training and valuable professional development contact hours. By the end of the training series, attendees will feel confident in:
- Understanding & articulating essential components of an exemplary MTSS framework
- Recognizing the types of data used & understanding their role in driving decision-making
- Identifying & implementing effective strategies for collecting and organizing academic data in reading + math
- Conducting comprehensive analyses of progress monitoring data and student growth throughout the year
