If you see an error message when adding a new student profile, you may have reached your account’s limit.
For example, when trying to add a new student from the main Students page, you may see the below message if you’ve reached your limit:
If you’re using the Bulk Student Upload tool to import your class roster from a spreadsheet, you may instead see a “Profile limited reached” error message (which is how you got to this page).
The FrenalyticsEDU plan you or your school is subscribed to determines the number of student profiles you can create. For example, if you have a Frenalytics Free account, you can create up to 10 student profiles.
To find out what FrenalyticsEDU plan you’re on, hover over your name in the top-right corner and click “Manage License”.
On the right side of the page, you’ll see a “Current Plan” section that displays the name of the plan you’re currently subscribed to:
Only active student profiles count towards your limit, so be sure to regularly archive student profiles you no longer need. You can always restore them later (as long as you haven’t hit your student profile limit). To learn how to archive a student profile, visit: How do I archive a student profile?
You can also visit our pricing page to learn about our EDU Essentials and EDU Extras plans, which allow additional student profiles to be created.
If you’re in a school subscribed to EDU Enterprise, reach out to Frenalytics Support to request a free limit increase.
If you believe the student profile limit shown in the error message you see is incorrect, please contact Frenalytics Support.
