Is the Frenalytics Free plan really free?

Yes! It is completely free. There is no free trial, and no credit card is required. The Frenalytics Free plan gives you access to our most popular features, including 10 student profiles, a staff account, our full library of life skills & academic concepts, and more.

What are the minimum tech requirements for Frenalytics?

FrenalyticsEDU runs on almost any device with an internet connection. You don’t need to purchase any new equipment or install anything. You can use FrenalyticsEDU on a desktop or laptop computer, a tablet, or a smartphone.

How does upgrading to a different plan work?

You can take a 2-week free trial of any of our EDU paid plans before deciding to stick with it. Our EDU Essentials, Enhanced, and Extras plans have exciting and time-saving features, including detailed analytics for IEPs and additional student profiles. Once you select a plan, simply enter your payment details to start the free trial. You’ll be billed annually for FrenalyticsEDU at the end of your trial.

Can I cancel my account?

If you want to switch back to Frenalytics Free, you can do so at anytime right within the Frenalytics platform and get a prorated refund.

If you want to cancel your account altogether, please reach out to Frenalytics Support to have this request processed. We’d hate to see you leave!

Can I switch plans?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at anytime through the Frenalytics platform.

Do you offer any discounts on your paid plans?

From time to time, we run promotions on our Twitter account, including discounts and upgrades on our paid plans.
