I can’t create a new password

Having issues with the Password Reset page? Try these troubleshooting steps:

 

  • “Sorry we could not change your credentials”

    Be sure you are entering the password reset code (found in the Password Reset email) in the first field on the Password Reset page. It’s case sensitive, so you might want to copy and paste it to make sure it matches exactly.
