How do I reset my password?

Forgot your password? Don’t worry. Here’s an easy way to reset it:

 

  1. On the Login page, click the “Forgot Password?” link.
  2. Enter the email address associated with your Frenalytics account. If you’re not sure what it is, see: What email address should I use to login?
  3. Click the link in the Password Reset email you’ll receive. Be sure to copy and paste the reset code in the email, and then enter a new password.
  4. Once you’ve set a new password, you can now use it to login to your account.

  • I’m getting a “The email address that you have entered is not valid” error:

    The email address you’ve entered is not the one on your account. If you’re not sure what your email address is, see: What email address should I use to login?

  • I’m getting a “Sorry we could not reset your credentials” error:

    Make sure you’re entering the email address associated with your Frenalytics account. If you’re not sure what your email address is, see: What email address should I use to login?

    If you’re sure you’re entering the right email address, try clicking the “Submit” button again.

    If you continue to receive this error, please contact us for assistance.

  • I didn’t get a Password Reset email.

    It might take a few minutes for the email to arrive. If you still don’t see it, check your Spam folder. No luck? Please contact us for more help.

  • I’m not able to set a new password.

Please note, to comply with HIPAA policies, we cannot provide account information by email or phone unless:

  1. We can verify the identity of the account holder over email or phone, or
  2. Authorization is granted by the designated administrator (for a healthcare organization or school), the designated point of contact (for a patient or student), or legal proxy (for a patient).
