What is my username?

What is my username?

Your username is your email address. When the person who registered you for Frenalytics created the account, you should have received a welcome email from us to set a password. That email address is the one you will use to login.

Depending on who created your account, they might have used a different email address than the one you normally use.

  • I’m a teacher:Your username is your email address, but it might be your work email address. For example, you might have a personal email address, but the person who created an account might have used your work email address instead.

Try contacting the person or department who manages Frenalytics to find out what email address is on your account.

  • I’m a parent or guardian:Your username is your email address, but it might be different than the one you typically use. For example, the family member who registered you for Frenalytics may have used an old email address or typed it incorrectly.

Try asking the person who created your Frenalytics account to find out what email address is on your account.

  • I changed the email address on my account:Use the new email address you entered as your username. If that doesn’t work, please Contact Us and we can help troubleshoot.
  • Someone changed the email address on my account:When someone changes the email address on an account, we send a confirmation email to let them know. If you received this email and didn’t expect your email address to be changed, please Contact Us immediately so we can change it back.
