How do I indicate a user as part of a patient’s Legal Team?

The Frenalytics team cannot participate in any conversations with a patient’s Legal Team. Frenalytics should not be used to justify a patient’s appointed Legal Team members, and it does not verify the accuracy or authenticity of any indicated Legal Team members.

 

Users can indicate a Billing Contact, Healthcare Proxy, and Power of Attorney for a patient within Frenalytics, which may be helpful in communicating these important points of contact among different Care Team groups. To indicate a user as part of a patient’s Legal Team, follow these steps:

  1. From the Patient Profile, click the “Care Team” tab.
  2. Click on “Legal Team” in the dropdown towards the top of the tab.
  3. Click on the “Set Up Legal Team” button.
  4. For each of the options (Billing Contact, Healthcare Proxy, and Power of Attorney), select a family member from the dropdown. If you do not see the family member you’d like to appoint, visit: How do I add a new family member?
