How do I add a new family member?

You can invite additional family members to Frenalytics to allow them to add personal information, see how their loved one doing, and even run Learning Sessions with them. Here’s how to add a new family member:

 

Go to the Care Team tab

As a facilitator:

  1. From the dashboard, click the “Patients” menu option at the top of the page
  2. Click the pencil button next to the patient you would like to enter information for
  3. Click on the “Care Team” tab

As a teacher:

  1. From the dashboard, click the “Students” menu option at the top of the page
  2. Click the pencil button next to the student you would like to enter information for
  3. Click on the “Care Team” tab

As a family member:

  1. From the dashboard, click the “Patient Profile” or “Student Profile” menu option at the top of the page
  2. Click on the “Care Team” tab

 

 

Add a New Family Member

  1. Add the “Add New Family Member” button
  2. Enter the family member’s first and last name
  3. Enter their email address (note that while this is optional, the family member won’t be invited to activate their account unless an email address is provided)
  4. Optionally enter their relationship to the patient or student and their phone number
  5. Click the “Save Family Member” button
