For built-in questions on the Questionnaire tab, you currently cannot provide more than one correct answer.
Frenalytics generates incorrect answers for each built-in question on the Questionnaire tab, so you don’t have to worry about providing incorrect answers.

For questions created in the Custom Questions tab, you can provide multiple correct answers.
Since Custom Questions can be used to ask virtually anything, Frenalytics does not generate incorrect answers for Custom Questions. Users can input any number of answer choices and indicate each as correct or incorrect. Unlike built-in questions, Custom Questions can have more than one right answer if you choose to configure them in this way.
