Re: Viewing Therapy Sessions

Hi Angela,

Good to know! We’ll look into this too, as that certainly doesn’t sound right. Glad you found a workaround in the meantime though – keep us updated if you find any more oddities and any fixes for them.

Thanks,

Matt

Update:

I added back a favorites question for Ray (what is your favorite color), and his therapy sessions now seem to successfully load! I wonder if the fact that there were no questions in the favorites section was a factor into the loading issues?Hi Chris,

Around how long did it take for the questions to load? When I refresh my browser, the computer seems to still be stuck on the loading icon (I’ve let it sit like this for around 15 minutes or more; I’m not sure if it takes longer?).

What’s interesting is that this is only an issue for Ray’s therapy sessions. Lillian’s therapy sessions are able to load successfully within a few minutes.

Thanks,
Angela

Hi Angela,

I was able to reproduce this once and then when I hit refresh all of the questions loaded successfully.

I’m going to escalate to our developers to let them dig more into it and see if it may be due to a timeout that caused that initial message to show up.

In the meantime, after you receive that message, can you refresh your browser and let me know if the questions load?

Thank you!

One other thing: I’ve been trying to load therapy sessions for Ray, but every time I launch a session, it is either stuck on the loading icon (I’ve let it run for over half an hour multiple times, but it still hasn’t loaded by then) or says that there are no questions detected. I’ve attached two screenshots for reference, one of the page loading indefinitely and one that shows no questions detected.

Do you happen to know why this is the case? Does it have to do with the new Frenalytics update, perhaps?

Thanks,

Angela
