I’ll first show you a screenshot of some images that I was successfully able to upload last week. I wonder if it’s the new version of Frenalytics that is the issue; I didn’t have this problem last week, but now neither Sylvia nor I can save images from either of our accounts.[cid:efb00d4e-b829-4de7-9f72-d4786c86b6aa]
The following screenshot shows the page before I attempt to upload an image on the current version of Frenalytics. Throughout the next few screenshots, I will show the process for uploading an image for question 2.[cid:001cda9c-2fb9-4cf6-a446-a0ddc6ec7849]
The next screenshot shows the page once I have chosen a file.[cid:3d0a93ef-a9bf-4baf-9779-a3cfd839abb2]
The following two screenshots show the page after I click “save answers.”[cid:ccb8cf5c-1982-48a2-ac90-a335bc1abbe3] [cid:06ca5098-28b8-40bd-9348-49c239e18f8a]
This final screenshot shows what happens when I leave the “patient living room” tab and then re-visit it.[cid:f653a8cb-1111-4f70-8413-1a95487a394b] As you can see in the screenshot above, the image has disappeared; even though the “remove media” button has appeared, when I try to run a therapy session, this question (Which of these is Lillian’s living room?) does not show up.

Lillian’s son has been super eager to help out, and he sent plenty of photos that I’ve tried to upload but that have been unsuccessful in saving! :’) None of them have been uploading correctly, but here are a few file names for your reference:

I appreciate your support, Matt!
