Hi Matt,
I’ll first show you a screenshot of some images that I was successfully able to upload last week. I wonder if it’s the new version of Frenalytics that is the issue; I didn’t have this problem last week, but now neither Sylvia nor I can save images from either of our accounts.

[cid:001cda9c-2fb9-4cf6-a446-a0ddc6ec7849]The next screenshot shows the page once I have chosen a file.
[cid:3d0a93ef-a9bf-4baf-9779-a3cfd839abb2]The following two screenshots show the page after I click “save answers.”

[cid:f653a8cb-1111-4f70-8413-1a95487a394b] As you can see in the screenshot above, the image has disappeared; even though the “remove media” button has appeared, when I try to run a therapy session, this question (Which of these is Lillian’s living room?) does not show up.Here is the URL for your reference: https://beta.frenalytics.com/editpatient?p=69ea570e-9e5c-4009-b06e-6ce17e5d0aec

Lillian’s son has been super eager to help out, and he sent plenty of photos that I’ve tried to upload but that have been unsuccessful in saving! :’) None of them have been uploading correctly, but here are a few file names for your reference:

I appreciate your support, Matt!
